This way, we are able to design streamlined bookkeeping systems tailored to their unique workflows and give them more time to focus on their clients while feeling confident about their finances.

Do I need a bookkeeper if I have an accountant? What's the difference between the two?

Absolutely! Bookkeepers and accountants perform different tasks for the businesses they serve. Bookkeepers are responsible for the on-going maintenance of their clients' books, making sure the books are organized and refined before handing them to your accountant. An accountant is responsible for the analyzing the company's financial data, preparing tax returns and providing tax planning.

What accounting software(s) do you use?

I use QuickBooks Online since it's cloud-based, user-friendly, and has a lot of useful features for the bookkeeper and the client. Let me help you set up your accounting software if you don't have an accounting software in place. We also use a discounted rate to received QuickBooks Online subscriptions for you.
